Description Supposing Books Roommates
All Elise wants is a normal roommate. She thought starting her life over in San Diego would mean writing at the beach and rendezvousing with sun-kissed surfer gods. But once she arrives, her California dreaming' turns into a nightmare. Her apartment is miles from the ocean, her roommie Justine's boyfriend has moved in (and he isn't kicking in a penny-just smoking up a storm). And Elise is starting to get used to the helicopters that fly overhead, warning everyone to lock their doors. But she knows there must be better places to live, and better people to room with. Like Max. Actually, she'd like to share a whole lot more with him than a bathroom.Rating Based On Books Roommates

love it,LOVED this book- loved the characters, and loved the fact that it takes place in San Diego and I know exactly where she is talking about! Whitney Lyles is a great "chick-lit" writer!
Whitney Lyles was twenty-six when she landed her first book deal for Always the Bridesmaid. Shes now the proud author of a novella and five novels, including her latest romantic comedy for teens -- Party Games. She lives in San Diego with her husband and daughter. She is currently working on her next book.
I don't know why I decided to read this book and got it from the library, but I did. It was an interesting book, not good but not bad to just kind of there. I think I would enjoy other books from this author I think. This book wasn't really amazing though. A girl is moving back to California where her family and friends are, but she can't afford an apartment on her own or in the area where she wants to live. So, this book is about the different people she lives with and how so survives. She has
I had trouble starting this book but once I read further, I liked it more. I borrowed this book from the library and had to renew itasI had not had the time to finish it until after the original due date. I believe someone younger than I am-probably college to grad school age would enjoy it more.
This book was cute! A great story about the realities of life depending on your roommate situation! Whitney Lyles has a great sense of humor in this book, there were a couple times I was laughing out loud (especially during the drive-thru part....loved it:)
I recommend this book if you want to read something light easy and fast paced. Very funny and down to earth. Perfect book to relax at home with a bottle of Moscato.Great weekend read and of course, I loved the cover!
