The Autobiography of George Muller 
Compositionally--a bit tedious; however, I cannot say it was dull. Truly a remarkable testimony of absolute faith, earnest prayer, and wondrous miracles.
I have the same theology and faith of Muller, however I do not have the same capacity of faith that Muller had. God assigned Muller a great portion of faith that is simply astonishing. Though, Muller himself would simply say, "I just took God at his word."Read this book of you want to be stirred up to live a life of prayer!

A more excellent way It certainly is inspiring to read of Mr. Muller's unwavering faith in the living God in every circumstance. I found his aversion to debt refreshing and we would do well, both as individuals and institutions, to emulate him as much as possible. The influence of this man on generations can hardly be fathomed. George Müller lived a life of faith. He trusted in God not only for means of salvation but for means of daily living. Beginning this autobiography of George Muller, I had a small idea of who the man of God was and God's providence in his works, especially for the orphans, and more. But I was very surprised to be blown away by the fullness of his ministry, and how he trusted and obeyed God, and God provided abundantly.There's not been a chapter where I didn't feel utterly challenged and ashamed that my own version of God the Provider was so small and not biblical.
