For the most part, this book is about standing up for yourself and what you believe in. Its about getting hit but getting back on your feet, stronger and braver. Whether youre a conservative or liberal, republican democrat or libertarian, Tomi lover or hater, there is a lot that can be gained from reading this book. Tomi is an American success story- no one can deny that. Though some parts were repetitive, or a little ehpushy (?), Im glad I read this book and I would definitely recommend it. I

While I might not agree with all of Tomis opinions, I definitely respect her as a person. She came from a blue collar family and worked extremely hard to get where shes at. She wakes up every day trying to stand up for what she thinks is right, rather than make excuses.
