Unfortunately, Rukias brother had a fight with Ichigo because Rukia gave her power to Ichigo and she was send off to Soul Society to deserve a death punishment also she werent suppose to do that. Ichigo come to rescue her but it turn out a fail. Good book 📖

Vol 8: The Blade and Me does it all. It takes the cliche of shonen manga training and makes it fresh and exciting. It builds a mythos around some of the characters, like Urahara, that will keep the reader turning pages for volumes to come to get answers. Let's also take a moment to appreciate Tite Kubo's absolute mastery of setting mood. He's not afraid to dedicate an entire page to setting the mood and allowing for the reader to have a quiet moment of contemplation. This book was my favorite so

We finally learn the name of Ichigos Zanpakto and the gate to the Soul Society has opened! I love Orihimes guardians, they are all so freaking cute and her powers are my favorite. There is also an extra scene in this volume of the manga that did not appear in the anime! Rukias gigai comes back to Soul Society for study among an interesting cast of never before seen characters.
